You can check your points balance by logging into your ThreeTrader Portal and accessing the rewords page. There, you will be able to view your current points balance.
Points are valid for 2 years. Please note that all points will expire if there is no transaction for 12 months. The expiration policy for rewards points may vary. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the ThreeTrader rewards program for further information.
To make a redemption, login to your client portal and go to the Point store page and click “Redeem Now!”
The cashback will be reflected in your MT4 account within 1 business day.
We will send a confirmation email within 1-2 business days, and once the items are ready, we will proceed with the shipment.
