You can now open accounts using only one form of ID!

We are pleased to inform you of an exciting update regarding our opening account process.​
​
From May 1st, only one piece of photo ID will be required as proof of identity when opening a live account, if the ID has a printed current address! ​

This update eliminates the hassle of collecting multiple documents and makes the account opening process even faster and easier​.

Changes and important points about the update​

​From the 1st of May 2024 onwards, only one piece of photo ID will be required to apply for identity verification if the applicant's current address is printed. ​

Please check our sign up process for the Identification documents that can be accepted for with only one item of ID.

*All identification documents must be valid and clearly show your name, date of birth, facial photograph, issue/expiry date and printed current address. ​
​*If none of the above apply, you will still need to upload a photo ID and proof of address as per before. ​

For customers who have previously had their account opening procedure but put on hold due to insufficient proof of address, the verification process may resume if they had provided proof of identity with their address.
For such cases, please check your registered e-mail address for the account opening completion e-mail, which will be sent after we review your application sequentially from May 1st.​
